We get asked this question a lot.
It really comes down to three things:
1. The Most Expertise. We’ve been providing custom manufacturing and automation solutions for 30 years now. And when we say “30 years” we don’t mean that we have five guys that have been in this business for 6 years. We mean that Anthos Engineering has been helping people just like you since 1980.
That’s authentic, real-world, no-shortcuts expertise, available to you.
That means you can get any component, any size, delivered anywhere from us. And we can do it in 14 days or less. Big, small, it doesn’t matter. (Huge 30 foot mining mill liners might be the one exception, but even then we can probably pull a few strings and make it happen for you.)
We can also design, develop and install large automation systems (or 10 of them, for that matter) to perform highly complex, cutting-edge processes, too. In some cases, your Anthos Engineering custom system may cost up to $800k or more, but it’ll work perfectly, and always comes with an industry-leading 13-month parts and labor warranty.
If you have a custom automation project with even a few whispers of complexity, how important is it for you to work with an expert?
In fact, if you’ve had some work done for us in the past, why not request a complimentary efficiency analysis (shown at right), to see where else Anthos can help you save money in 2012?
This proprietary detailed, 34-point efficiency inspection ($495 value) is now available, and only available from Anthos Engineering.
Why not call us today to schedule your plant’s Efficiency Analysis?
2. We Respect Your Pocket Book. Engineers typically design automation systems the easiest way that they know how. They like to prescribe expensive components and equipment to perform simple things. Kind of like hiring Eric Clapton to play “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.”
The problem for you is that it’s overkill. For instance, a servo motor might be a surefire way to perform a simple automation process, but why not use a linear actuator instead? It’s way cheaper for you, and just as reliable and inexpensive to maintain.
We also won’t make you feel foolish if you decide to work in some overseas components or machines into the mix. Hey, sometimes it makes sense to purchase machines or parts from China.
Unless you have pockets deeper than the Marianas Trench, how important is it for you to work with an automation solution provider that has respect for your bottom line?
3. You’ll Never Get Taken Advantage Of. We never take your money and run. Your machine has to work. You have to love it. You have to get exactly what you were promised.
Or else you don’t pay.
And as mentioned, your custom automation system and/or components always come with an industry-leading 13-month parts and labor warranty.
What other automation systems designer and manufacturer is willing to stand behind their work like that?
